Eligibility
We are considering all kinds of projects from any Latinx or Latin American artist and/or publisher working in any part of the US. There are no limits on genre of the work.

The Basics
- The application / registration is free!
- Each spot is one (1) half table (48 x 24 inches) shared with another publisher
- Selected publishers will receive two (2) badges, one (1) complimentary ticket, and a discount code for additional ticket purchases
- You must staff your table from open to close (11am to 6pm) on Sunday September 30, 2018.
- Load in is available same day starting at 9am.

Submission period is open from June 29—July 29, 2018
Selected publishers will be notified on a rolling basis

Consent and Agreement: 1. Participation: I commit to having my table set up by the opening (11am) of the fair and maintaining an active presence for the duration of New Latin Wave until 6pm. 2. Waiver: I agree to hold harmless New Latin Wave, Brooklyn Bazaar and all agents and employees from any liability or claim of personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from my activities or the activities of my agents, employees, spectators, or customers at the New Latin Wave Book & Zine Fair. 3. Tax Liability: I acknowledge that I am responsible for any taxes arising from income derived at this event. 4. Use of Images: Any image submitted may be used for marketing and promotional purposes directly related to this show. This use may include in any publications, printed materials, advertisements, or electronic media. Copyright and all other rights remain that of the owner. 5. Badges: New Latin Wave will provide one badge per person working at the table (two maximum) to every publisher who is selected for the fair.
